Shipping & Returns

Alfred Sung Watches, operated by Celebrus Media Inc., sells and ships to customers in Canada and the United States.

Shipping

  • Shipping is free on all orders.
  • Tracking: you'll receive a shipment-confirmation email with tracking details at the email used for your order. The tracking number becomes active within 24 hours of shipment.
  • Standard — arrives 3 to 5 business days after shipment.
  • Dispatch days: we ship Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian public holidays. There are no weekend or holiday deliveries.
  • US / international orders: shipped UPS DDP — Delivered Duty Paid. Import duties are covered, so there is nothing extra to pay when your order is delivered.

If a package is shown as shipped but hasn't arrived, contact the carrier with your tracking number for the latest status. Please keep all packaging and any damaged goods until a claim is resolved.

Returns and refunds

You may request a refund on an unused product within 7 days of purchase by emailing info@alfredsungwatches.com. Normal unused returns carry no return fee and no restocking fee.

Return shipping works two ways:

  • If we made the mistake — you received the wrong item or a defective one — we cover the return shipping and send you a prepaid return label.
  • If you changed your mind — the product is unused and within the 7-day window — you arrange and pay for return shipping with the carrier of your choice. We do not provide a prepaid label or reimburse return postage in this case.

Items returned worn or damaged may be subject to a restocking fee.

Once your return is approved, we issue a full refund to your original payment method. If a refund to the original method isn't possible, we'll provide equivalent credit or an alternate method. Even if your situation falls outside these rules, you're welcome to ask — we'll take a look.
