These Terms govern your purchase of products from Alfred Sung Watches (alfredsungwatches.com), operated by Celebrus Media Inc. ("we," "us"), 105 Renoir, Saint-Constant, QC J5A 0E6, Canada. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are. Alfred Sung Watches is operated by Celebrus Media Inc. ALFRED SUNG® is a registered trademark of Mimran Group Inc.

2. Ordering and acceptance. Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract of sale is formed only when we accept your order and send an order or shipment confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or we suspect fraud); if we cancel a paid order we refund you in full.

3. Pricing and currency. Prices are shown in the currency you select (CAD, USD, EUR, or GBP). The price charged is the price displayed for your selected currency at checkout. Applicable taxes are shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already accepted.

4. Payment. Payment is processed securely through our e-commerce platform (Swell) and its payment processors. We do not store your full card details. Your order is confirmed once payment is authorized.

5. Shipping. Shipping is free. Orders ship Monday to Friday (excluding Canadian public holidays); a tracking number is active within 24 hours of shipment. Delivery timing is shown at checkout and detailed on our Shipping & Returns page. International orders ship UPS DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — import duties are covered so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

6. Returns and refunds. You may request a refund on an unused product within 7 days of purchase. Normal unused returns carry no return fee and no restocking fee. If we sent the wrong or a defective item, we cover the return shipping and provide a prepaid return label. If you changed your mind (product unused, within the 7-day window), you arrange and pay for return shipping with the carrier of your choice — we do not provide a prepaid label or reimburse return postage. Items returned worn or damaged may be subject to a restocking fee. Approved refunds are issued in full to your original payment method (or, where that is not possible, as equivalent credit or an alternate method). Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

7. Warranty. Watches are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to normal-use conditions. Contact us to arrange warranty service.

8. Intellectual property. ALFRED SUNG® and related marks are the property of Mimran Group Inc. All other site content is owned by Celebrus Media Inc. You may not reuse it without permission.

9. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law, including Quebec's Consumer Protection Act.

10. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada. Disputes are subject to the courts of Quebec.
